[SOLVED] DirectX 11 failed to initialise.

So I've checked the DirectX Diag and both system and card are running DX12. I've updated windows, updated Drivers. The whole shubang. Would appreciate any help.

EDIT: Also getting a few new ones since downloading some new games.

It's possible the GPU is on it's way out. I'd try downloading and running DDU to remove the old driver. Then try installing the correct driver for your card.

Problem was solved by entering into Nvidia Control Panel, going to set up Multiple Displays even though I have only one monitor, and clicking and dragging the monitor as to adjust how two monitors would interact. It made a "Change" and I hit apply. Completely fixed it, hasn't happened again since.
