DirectX 11 isn't working on a clearly compatible GPU

Whenever I try to launch rainbow six: siege the error message " Your graphics card doesn't support directX11 features". I have a gtx 1050 which definitely supports DirectX 11 and my computer says that it has up to DirectX 12 installed.

I've tried new drivers and windows updates as well as reinstalling the game and windows. Anyone got any ideas for a fix?

Update: DirectX 11 does work but only for the first 2 minutes after booting up, after that it stops working and the GPU is apparently not supported if you start the program after that point.

Yes, I've tried this one already as well. Didn't do anything. I tried deleting the whole file, just the GPU section and changed its storage location from OneDrive to on my pc.
