DirectX 9 failed to initialize

When i boot my computer up and log in i get a error messages saying DirectX 9 failed to inzilise this didnt start till i just updated to windows 10

and for my specs just incase

processer - AMD Athlon II X4 631 Quad-Core


graphics - AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

Ram 8 gb of ddr3

motherbord - MSI A55M-P33 FM1 AMD A55 (Hudson D2) Micro ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

HDD 1tb and 500GB both wd

somthing i forgot to mention is iv reinstalled directx and iv made sure i video card drivers are up to date
