I have lately bought a new pc ( I5 4440 , GTX 760 , H97-D3H mobo , 8gb ram ) and i was working very well the first 4 days or so, playing games at high settings with no drops at all, but yesterday was like hell to me , my games didn't work except for like 5-10 minutes, first i got directx crashes "GetDeviceRemovedReason" or something like that , i play bf4,dayz,minecraft and gmod, all have crashed, when I was using the pc it was okay, but as i open a game, it plays for 10 minutes or so then crashes. the crashes developed into system errors where not only i crash and go back to the desktop, i also get a blank black page with sound stuttering , i have thought it was hardware but i tried the intel graphics integerated in the cpu and it also crashed so it is not the gtx 760, I called the shop where i bought the pc he said try installing windows again , saying also that he installed to me pirated version of windows ( i guessed he will do because he didn't include the windows price in the total price ), now i am going to buy original windows 8 disc while i am running windows 8.1 on the machine, I have two questions, IS this even a software problem and should be solved as i buy the disc? and if so, will i be able to downgrade from windows 8.1 to 8 ?( and then get 8.1 from the store again)
I have also tried all the fixes , re-installed nvidia drivers , re-installed directx , updating windows and all sorts of things, so please help me fast if you can
