Which one should I download, the one that has June 2010 on its name https://www.microsoft.com/en-ph/download/details.aspx?id=8109, the web installer https://www.microsoft.com/en-ph/download/details.aspx?id=35&751be11f-ede8-5a0c-058c-2ee190a24fa6=True, or both?

I think theyre the same thing. Only diff is the first one is the full offline installer.

The other one you have to stay online so it'll download the whole install file. Thats why the 2nd one is only 286k
