Question DirectX issues with new hardware

I recently purchased a new MOBO and CPU. I tried running some games on a new windows install but the same problem persists and it's driving me crazy. Every game I try it ends up crashing due to a directx error. Only one I can recall right now is MW 2019 dev error 6068. I installed all my drivers and even tried rolling back drivers. I have new ram coming in next week but I just want to play something in the meantime. I bought my 2060 about a month ago and it was working fine I tried using a GTX 770 to try and narrow the issue down and it had the same problem. I did a ram test and and tried using different sticks but no errors were found and the same problem persisted. I didn't have these problems before and I would like some opinions on how to handle this. Currently thinking it's the MOBO but won't know for sure until new ram arrives.

Latest version I believe, 1909. The game I'm having the most issue with is Modern Warfare 2019 from the blizzard launcher and I have it saved on my HDD.
