Directx12 and Vulkan on Radeon EAH6770?

This card is a directx11 compatible card, I want to know if let's say, if I install Windows 10 which has the native Directx12 API running on it, what will happen if I run a directx12 game on a directx11 graphics card? Will it run? If so will it run to a near unplayable experience? Thank you guys in advance!

It does not support DX12 or Vulkan so a DX 12 and/or Vulkan only game wont run.

HD6770 will never support DX12 or vulcan.
It will thus never run DX12 or vulcon only games.

So if my thoughts are right, since it has drivers for Windows 10, it just means that it can run DX11 titles on Windows 10 right?
