Question Disable on board wifi/BT after adding pci-e wifi/BT card

I want to add this:

ASUS PCE-AXE5400 WiFi 6E PCI-E Adapter

to my Asus Zenith Extreme Alpha motherboard.

My mobo already has wifi and Bluetooth.

If I add the asus wifi and Bluetooth card, how do I disable motherboard wifi and Bluetooth?
