[SOLVED] Disabled GPU on laptop with damaged display

Long story short I disabled the dedicated graphics card on a laptop with a broken display ( don't ask why) and I haven't been able to use a secondary display to use the machine since. Is there a way I can re enable the gpu without using Device Manager?

if you have setup remote desktop, you can remote into it.
