Disabled integrated gfx in Device Manager. How do I re-enable?

I recently posted in the graphics card forum regarding a problem with my PC but on reflection, I may have posted it to the wrong category.

I accidentally disabled my onboard graphics in device manager (I don't have a dedicated card) and have been unable to restore a signal to my monitor. I have tried every solution that has been recommended so far but had no luck. I have reset the BIOS to default, removed the battery and switched jumpers on mobo but this still didn't work. So I then downloaded the Windows 10 recovery disc and burnt the ISO to DVD but when I restart my PC and boot from disc, a black screen appears with a flashing cursor, then it disappears and my monitor loses signal again.

Buying a dedicated gfx card isn't really an option right now so any further suggestions to get my integrated graphics working again would be much appreciated. Thanks..

The only people I know have integrated graphics or a card that won't fit my PC - never mind run with the crappy power supply I've got lol.

Isn't there a way to re-enable the graphics without a new card? Everyone says resetting the BIOS will work but I've not had much luck with that. Or is there a way I can install Windows again without losing the signal on CD/DVD boot up?

You already said you removed the battery which would reset CMOS. This should have resolved the issue. How long did you leave it out for? You should leave it out for at least five minutes, but 30 wouldn't hurt anything either.

I removed it earlier today for well over an hour earlier but I'm still having the same problem. The only time I can get a signal two the monitor is when it boots into BIOS mode. From there I have tried resetting to default on multiple occasions but still, no signal. I have also checked the integrated components sub-menu and it shows the on board graphics as enabled, but greyed out - even though i disabled it which is giving me this headache in the first place lol. As I mentioned, I don't have a dedicated graphics card so i borrowed my brothers earlier today which was supposedly compatible...but it was waaayy too big to fit in my mini tower case...

The thing that is confusing me most, is why it also loses signal when I try to boot from the Windows recovery disc. Surely at this point the BIOS should be able to handle a clean install of the system?
