disabled windows 7 admin account

no matter what I try it asked for admin password cant get around it..I go to computer mgmt still asked me for password I can get to admina ccount but wont accept any changes I try ? always asked me for password but the guy did not set it up..I am only local user without reimaging the whole computer what esle can be done..i trieed cmd command etc etc..net user..access denied?
