Disabling desktop GPU?

Hey guys, so I've been experiencing a instant game crash with gta v lately.
Every time I open it it says : gtavlauncher.exe has stopped working.

For some people (mainly laptop users) it helped them fix it by disabling their display adapters.
Since I am a desktop user I wonder if I can plugin a dvi to hdmi in my motherboard so that it uses my processors' intergrated gpu, and also have my gpu connected to my monitor. then disable my gpu.

Will I be able to enable it again if I use my integrated graphics aswell?

I think the problem you're having can be solved by forcing the game to open in windowed mode. try hitting alt+enter.

There's a specific thing you can change the value of in the game files to get it to start in windowed. I can't remember where or what though

Unfortunately not, it's a launcher, it already starts in windowed mode and can't be changed in size.
