I had upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 3 2200g to a 3200g and my fps was worse. I had read a forum that disabling hyperthreading would really help the fps? Any thoughts on that and how to go about disabling it? I know how to get into the bios I believe, but not sure where to go from there.

The 3200G does not have SMT, so you can't disable it. You need a 3400G for that.

As for disabling SMT helping, it may help with maximum and average FPS but is often detrimental for 1% and 0.1% lows which often translates into more frequent and more severe stuttering. Particularly so on lower core count CPUs like quads where background processes can really use the extra threads even when the software/game itself does not.
