Disk 100% usage, nothing seems to work.

Hi there, every time i click a program or open my pc disk usage is 100% and it`s causing lag.
I`ve already tried to disable superfect/windows search/windows update/I changed my ram memory to costumize size *8086*. My sistem:
i3 4160, GTX 750 TI 2GB 128bits,4gb ram 1600.
Windows 8.1

Get to the task manager with Ctrl + Shift + Esc. From there go to the 'Performance' tab and hit the button 'Resource Monitor.' In the Resource Monitor, expand the 'Disk' tab and sort by Total Bytes, like so.
