I'm not sure if my hard drives are the corporate to this issue but what is happening is while playing a video game (any game, DOTA, starcraft, counter-strike) after playing for usually about 10-15 minutes all of a sudden my game will lock of for about 5 seconds and then come back (usually disconnecting me from the game by this point)

I have watched my task manager while this happens and what is happening is all of a sudden my Disk activity will spike to 100% and maintain that 100% until after a few seconds my game will freeze, then after a about 10-15 seconds it will drop back down to normal (anywhere from 0-5 percent) and then be fine again for awhile but then likely repeat again later.

I have tried reinstalling the games, HD Tune to check my hard drives, monitored my CPU temp (It stays at about 30C), virus scan, CCleaner.

Helppp meee pleaseee
