Please help me out, I don't have system disk, after power down, I can not boot my desktop, it keep show on screen, DISH BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER.

testing would need to be done on your hard drive. sounds like it may have failed. taking it to a repair shop for testing is probably your best option. i feel it may be too complicated to do this on your own. if your hard drive has failed you may have lost your information if you did not back it up.

Make sure the hdd is the bootdisk in the BIOS.

It maybe on something else that isnt installed / connected. Remove any flash drives if any are plugged in

It maybe trying to boot from it
