DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

Hello, I just installed a new power supply and each time I've booted it up to check the cords it keeps giving me the disk boot failure. I don't have anything external plugged in, I don't have a cd in the drive, and I checked that all the cables are in correctly.
It's a custom-built pc that was made out of state, and I don't have the system disc. I'm not sure how to check the stats you guys need for most of the other threads as most of the normal stats that pull up on a regular computer don't show up on my screen when it boots.
Any help would be highly appreciated.



I took the unit to Best Buy and the issue seems to be resolved for now. Thanks for any consideration this thread was given :)

I can't get into the BIOS. As to hearing it starting up, the fans are fairly loud so I can't recall actually ever hearing anything but them making noise :/
