Disk Burner or Disk player to download Windows 10 with cd on a new computer?

I am gonna build a PC and i am not sure whether to get a DVD and CD burner or get a Disk Player. i am gonna use it to install windows 10 (From CD) and play games. So which one should i get? I was planning on getting Disk reader because it was cheaper but I wasn't sure.

You would want a DVD drive at very least, though you can install win 10 off DVD or USB. Win 10 installer is about 4gb so its not going to fit on a CD

I have blue ray but only used it about 6 times in 2 years, its handy for installing Win 10 if nothing else.
