[SOLVED] Disk D is missing

My disk D is missing but after restarting PC it shows up again. I think it cause blue screen when installing games.

Maybe i have really some virus in PC bcs when i open task manager my cpu is at 100% and first is chrome even i have closed him

Given the provenance of this system, and all those issues...I would do a full wipe and reinstall.
Of everything.
