Whenever I click on disk defragmentor it just does nothing. No prompt, no task manager process, no error, nothing. I try to run it in administrator and it does nothing. I'm an admin on this pc i have rights to open it. This happened back in November too.
SFC/Scannow never worked
DISM cleanup scan never worked
My antivirus never found anything
No trouble shooting guide in the world worked
The only thing that ever worked was restoring the entirety of windows 10 and my pc to factory settings deleting everything. And i dont want to redo that again that took like 10 hours. And its obviously only a temp fix.
But now my hard drives are freezing my pc because theyre so fragmented and nothing is able to defrag them
