Backup your important data. Once that's done, download the drive manufacturer's diagnostic tools and run them to see what they have to say about your drive's health. It is quite likely that your drive is dying and you'll have to replace it.

If you can't boot Windows due to drive errors, remove the drive, put it in an external enclosure, connect that to a working PC and do your backup from there before doing anything else with the drive.
