I have 3 disk installed (0,1,2) but I get the following error messages in Event viewer

An error was detected on device \Device\Harddisk3\DR5 during a paging operation.

Disk 4 has been surprise removed.

The PC is new, C is a 1GB NVMe disc, one is 3TB HDD (recuperated from old system) another one is a 256GB SSD in good health (about 10TB written)

What do these errors mean? Which disk is affected?

Thanks to everybody helping my out!

Solution
If you plugged in a flash drive and removed it without 'safely removing portable media' then that's what surprise removed is.

Surprise remove:
Why does this error happen?

These errors are most often caused when something disrupts the system’s communication with a disk, such as a SAN fabric error or a SCSI bus problem. The errors can also be caused by a disk that fails, or when a user unplugs a disk while the system is running. An administrator that sees these errors needs to verify the heath of the disk subsystem.

Paging operation:

In this case, no harmful effects are experienced. For example, Event ID 51 is logged when blank media such as CDR, CDRW, DVDR, and so on, is inserted into a writable drive while a USB device is plugged in. The system logs the event even though the disc is writable, and the USB device is still usable. In these particular cases, you can safely ignore the log entries, and no additional action is required.

In short, errors in paging operations happens, especailly when writing from USB to HDD, you don't need to be alarmed by this.
