Soo i have a hard disk which has a windows 10 installed on it,and i want to format it trough my other hard disk which also has a windows 10,i tried a lot of stuff but nothing works, please help guys!!!

First remove the sata plug from the disk you want to format to make sure that the other disk can boot on its own, change bios settings to boot from it.
If that works then plug it back in and remove the plug from the one you want to keep so nothing bad can happen to it.
Then boot from the windows 10 installation media go for an advanced install and on the disk selection screen just delete all partitions and shut the system down when ready.
Then plug both disks back in and you should boot into windows and the other disk should show up as an empty drive, if not type disk management into the windows tab and create/format a partition on the empty drive.

Why do you want to format it?

What is the problem with the PC?
