[SOLVED] Disk read error occured everytime PC is turned on

I got a new SSD, The disk read error appears everytime i boot up my pc, I tried reinstalling windows, Hdsentinel detected no errors. I have to reset BIOS everytime i boot up my pc, Any solutions ?

Ram : Samsung 4 GB DDR3 & V-Gen 2GB DDR3 (Both has 1333 MHz and PC10600)
GPU : MSI GT 710 1GB DDR3
Storage : WD Blue 500 GB 7200 RPM & Adata SU650 120GB
Motherboard : Asus P5G41C M LX
Power supply : Alcatroz 225S Magnum

Tried to update BIOS, But no path shows up on EZ Flash 2.

Fixed, I replaced the motherboard and powersupply
