Hello, so i have had this problem for a month now. My disk is going to 99%-100% when i am opening programs. In games my fps drops like 80% for a couple of seconds and then goes back to normal ex(League of legends i normally have 100fps and it spikes to 20fps for couple of seconds and then goes back to 100) I have tried the other fixes and they did not work for me. Also usually some kind of a windows task is slowing down my pc like System in the task manager. May this be due to damaged hard drive?

Could you provide your system spec and also which "...other fixes...did not work..." for you?
Do you have any errors in the 'Even Viewer'?
Change Energy Options to High Performance and if that does not work then try disabling 'Windows Search'.
If that does not work then try disabling "SuperFetch'" services.

Specs:
Windows 10 pro
Cpu AMD A10-5800K
Gpu MSI Radeon R9 270 gaming edition 2GB
Ram 4GB 667hz (slow ik i will upgrade soon)
Motherboard ASRock FM2A55M-VG3
Hard disk Hitachi HDS721010CLA330 1TB

Do you have any errors in the 'Even Viewer'?
Try updating your system AHCI controller

Event viewer errors:
Event ID Source
3 GenericRoaming
3 Kernel-EventTracing
32 Provisioning-Diagnostics-Provider
69 AppModel-Runtime
1000 Application Error
1008 Perflib
1023 Perflib
2484 Apps
6008 EventLog
7034 Service Control Manager
8193 VSS
10010 DistributedCOM
10016 DistributedCOM

And i would like to add that the computer crashes sometimes. Just freezes and needs a hardreboot

-Check the 'Task Manager' and see which process has increased disk activity.
Open 'Task Manager', click the 'Details' tab, right-click the processes with high disk usage and click 'Go to service(s)'
The 'Services' window, with highlighted services opens up. You could stop the processes.

I need to know 'Application' and 'System' specific error(s) in the Event Viewer (e.g. Source storahci / Event ID: 129 /
Reset to device, \Device\RaidPort1, was issued.

It's not like something is taking too much disk usage, whenever i do something on my pc it goes to high percentages. Like when i open google chrome my disk goes to 99%-100% for like 30 seconds or sometimes even longer and it happens with any other program. And when i am watching youtube videos the videos lag out and then go back to normal. May this be due to damaged hardware?

The addition of 4 GB of RAM should definitely help, I'd think, and it's not that expensive. To find out what's doing all the disk activity, open Task Manager, Processes tab, and look at the column titled DISK. If you want to spend about $80, you can get a 240 GB SSD and put Windows on it. That won't fix the problem, but it'll greatly improve overall disk performance.

In Process Explorer, did you identify any 'Process' with high disk usage?
Are you able to see (Reads, Read Bytes, Writes, and Write Bytes for each process?
In case you don't see this data in a column, then you add the columns that show this data.
Open Process Explorer, right-click on any column header and click on 'Select Colunms...'
Select the 'Process I/O' tab and check 'Reads', 'Read Bytes', 'Writes' and 'Write Bytes' then click 'OK'.
Now you will see columns that list disk usage for each process.
Look for the process with the highest number of 'Reads' or 'Bytes'.

http://prntscr.com/irwmap That's the picture. RIght now my disk usage is 99%. I do not know what to do with these stats

I'glad you solved the issue.
Pay attention to any changes you make along the way, and any Windows update and in case you encounter the issue.
That way you will be able to single it out.
