Question Disk Space decreases during stress test ?

Hello, Im having this issue where my games will freeze after a few or more hrs of playing. It will only happen for bigger games like sea of thieves, destiny 2 ext. I ran a stress test with HeavyLoad and my disk space will slowly decrease. I have cleared all my tempt files, caches, unwanted apps, ext. I have close to 1TB of available space on my C drive. After I end the stress test, my disk space shoots right back up to 95-100%. I start the stress test again and once again my disk space decreases. Any help would be appreciated!!

G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5 6400 Ram (all 4 sticks)

ASUS ROG Strix X670E-A Motherboard

Corsair RMX Series RM1000X PSU

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X 16-core CPU

Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2TB

You shouldn't be running your SSD at 90%+ capacity.

I have close to 1TB of available space on my C drive. After I end the stress test, my disk space shoots right back up to 95-100%. I start the stress test again and once again my disk space decreases.

Please give us some screencaps of all this.
