Disk usage always over 90%?

This was happening for a while, maybe 3 - 4 weeks. I don't know what's causing this.
Maybe a virus? I don't know, I ran a full system scan with avast! and it says there's no problems

To me it just sounds like an old PC giving up. May I ask wether you have an old HDD or a newer HDD/SSD?
That aside, you could try running malwarebytes, to see if there's any malware on your PC.

My HDD is 1 year old, I don't think it's that old really, but yeah I'll try running malwarebytes, thanks!
