disk usage goes to %100 even if i started a small programs windows 8.1

Hi,
so topic explains everything.
also when i play games like Bf4 for 2 or 3 hours and i close the game, disk usage stay %100 for 2 or 3 min and it get slow even when i start small program like steam or origin or google chrome and many programs it takes few seconds before start.
There is no overload in CPU usage only Disk usage.
Do i have to change my own HDD ? and how can i fix it if i don't need to ?

You can try disabling some Windows Services like: Windows Search, Superfetch and BITS: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2027511/windows-disk-usage-100-problem.html
If the issue persist, it may be a good idea to back up your data(just in case there is something wrong with the HDD) and test the HDD with a brand specific testing tool. The results will show its health status.

well, thinks allot but i heard that it would be RAM problem cuz i have 4GB and some people they just added more RAMs and everything work fine.
for backup i don't think so because it's new laptop ( 3 months with me ) , anyway thx allot <3

Yeah but 4 Gb of RAM should be enough for light programs as well as Goole Chrome. Though, you mentioned that your system freezes when you start it.
You can try disabling these services. If the issue persists, you can just enable them again.
Some HDD as well as RAM testing will not hurt.

its just the software. windows 8 and 8.1 is highly known for high disk so i suggest down grading but i'm waiting for windows 10 because there's a free upgrade😀. but for now just try every thing that the other people have suggested because they do work
