Disk usage is fine?

Hi, first of all, sorry for my English.
I'm dealing with a micro-micro-micro stuttering in all my games I and have decided to check what is going on. I've downloaded Process Lasso to monitor the PC while I'm playing.

The only "strange" (or maybe not) thing that I saw it's the Disk usage:

This was while I was playing CS:GO

(Also the CPU had a few spikes but all where asociated with the game, so I think they are not important)

I opened Resource Monitor and saw that all that spikes from Disk Usage where produced by Superfetch service.

Is it normal? Should I disable Superfetch? What do you think?

Are you using a SSD?

If so, Superfetch is probably not needed.

That said it probably would not cause any harm to disable Superfetch but just be sure you know how to enable it again if necessary.
