Disk Usage over 90% despite using methods given

Disk is always above 90%... even worse sometimes stuck at 100%. Sometimes it does drop to 2% but bounces back again after a few seconds.I have tried all the methods given by users on similar threads.
I have tried:
.Disabling superfetch
.Disabling windows search
.Disabling BITS
.Changing pagefile size
But none of them helped... except the first three that helped temporarily but after restarting my laptop, disk usage stucks at 90% - 100% again.
I noticed that Service Host: Local System and System has the highest disk usage of all too.

Hi XS, give this a try:

First, close any and all background programs. Even close 3rd party software in the tray if it's easy enough to do.

In Task Manager under the Processes tab, expand the Service Host: Local System, or the one that is causing the high disk activity. You will (likely) see multiple services being run by it. Take your time, and right click on each one and choose Stop. Keep an eye on the Disk Usage to see if it drops. Note: Your system may very well stop responding at some point or give you an error, don't worry, just reboot to restart all services again and then continue. Go through them all, waiting a minute or so in between each one that you stop and see if you can figure out which exact service is causing the high disk usage.

This might help you to narrow the problem down to a single service.
