Question Disk usage spikes on wrong disk

So, i am playing red dead and experiencing stutters like crazy that corrolate with disk usage spikes that happen at the exact same time.

Only problem is, the Game is installed on my SSD as is Windows.

1. wtf
2. how do i go about getting my game to ignore my HDD
