Disk usage won't stay under 100% pls halp

How to lower disk usage? I don't know why, but my disk usage is ALWAYS at 100%, i've been trying to lower it by disabling windows search serviece (i'm on win10) and the superfetch service. But none of this worked, also, i used malwarebytes, avg and iobit malware defender to see if this is being caused by some virus, but no, those programs found 0 threats. What should i do?

Which process appears to be doing the highest disk I/O? You can view this by opening Task Manager and clicking on Performance Monitor.

Task Manager will not give a lot of info.

Can you do following steps? :

• Open Resource Monitor,
  switch to disk tab,
  locate Disk Activity section,
  adjust file column, so that file names are fully visible,
  order it by column Total(descending)
  and post screenshot.

You can also boot into safe mode, and see if the disk usage is influenced by Windows itself.
Safe mode doesn't load anything other than the necessary Windows files.

1 Open Resource Monitor: OK
2 switch to disk tab: OK
3locate Disk Activity section: I couldn't find it.
4 adjust file column, so that file names are fully visible: ok
5 order it by column Total(descending): same as nº3
6 and post screensho: OK
