Diskette drive 0 seek failure fell 4600

I have this error and none of the solutions I have seen allow me to get beyond the error

If it actually says diskette, then its trying to boot off of your floppy drive.

go into your bios and disable the floppy in the boot menu, (Who uses floppies anyhow? lol)

sheesh. I had a whole closet full of these things. Turned them into pfSense boxes for clients
and i have had to overcome this many times. i know it is possible to disable it even in dell's limited bios.
