Guys,

Can you please suggest a build for the above subject? I'm looking to make my own internet gaming cafe and I could use help in setting up a decent gaming build provided it falls under the ff requisites:

1. It must be inclusive of a monitor, mouse, keyboard and AVR.
2. If it CAN, it must be around USD300 or PHP20,000.
3. It must be able to play DOTA 2, LOL, HON, SF, CS.

Thanks in advance.

PS: I already have a server build in mind. I only need this.

Solution

Great. Just swap the STORAGE with a CPU COOLER then we're good to go. Thanks!

How come that's bad? I bet I can play all those games in low-medium settings. Let's see, if we exclude the STORAGE, it'll cost $312.92? Let us add an aftermarket cpu cooler, shall we? What do you say about a COOLER MASTER HYPER 212 EVO? MMm.. how do you post that pcpartpicker part list? LOL!

And a generic keyboard will do. LOL!

Why would you take out the storage? How are you going to store the games & OS?

And why would you buy a 212 EVO? It wouldn't help. Your processor is fine, just your graphics. The graphics is the problem.

You can run all those games at 30+ FPS, but that would be low settings, low resolution. It would be 720P at medium/low settings, around 40 FPS on counter-strike. It's not enjoyable. It's playable, but not enjoyable.

If you can spend another 100, you will see big differences.

'Cause this build is only a client build. I'm going to run things from a server. I don't need storage for that. Only the server has SEVERAL for that.

Regarding the CPU cooler, I just don't want the CPU/APU get hotter. I detest high temperatures. lol!

And yeah, that's only for 720p gaming at low-medium settings. A little tweaking and it could go to high. ^^

Thanks!
