Question Display Artifacts and Kernel 41 Task 63 Error ?

Kernel 41 Task 63 Error. What could be the possible problem? Had this problem for almost a week now. Random restarts, this is a headache.

Troubleshoot done:

• Memtest (passed)
• Cinebench (passed)
• Aida64 (passed)

Specs:
Mobo: Asrock B660M HDVPD5
CPU: I5-13500 (stock fan) brand new
RAM: Patriot 16gb (dual) DDR5 4800 mhz
PSU: 650 Watts Mamba Ghost Assasin 80+ Bronze
1tb HDD
120gb sata SSD
