Display black after exiting games

I built a PC and everythings fine except when i exit my games my screen goes black and i have to reset. I installed newest drivers im sure but i dont know not very good with that.

Rig:
Athlon x4 860k
A68hm Grenade MSI
8GB ddr3 1866 PNY RAM
EVGA 500W (the cheap 40$ one here https://goo.gl/ttXBqg)
Cougar MX200 Case
Graphics Card is XFX R7 240/250 not sure 😛

This happened to me, and I resolved by changing my refresh rate. I found my refresh rate (59.4) wasn't at my monitor's native (60hz) so I changed it, and problem solved.
For Windows 10:

1. Right click desktop and go to display settings

2. Go into Advanced display settings

3. Go to Display Adaptor Propeties

4. Under monitor, there should be a setting to change resolution. Change it to your monitor's native.
