Display Dell U2415 1920x1200 on HDMI ??

I was reading U2415 User Guide

In the resolution section I have the list of available resolutions.(page 13) .
But I have 1920x1200 available only for DisplayPort but its not available for HDMI .

So i need a PC with DisplayPort output to use the 1920x1200 resolution ?

Or peharps I can use 1920x1200 with HDMI but it wont be native and the image quality will be worse ?

The Dell U2415 supports 1920×1200 over HDMI just fine, there is no loss in image quality or anything like that.
