Least few days my PC has been acting up. Now My display does not show up no matter what. I can hear the normal BIOS beep, which signifies successful boot.
Rig: Desktop PC
Intel 2500k, Asus P8Z68 V-Pro
2 Dell Monitors (Daisy chained) using DP.
Add on card for DP output (NVIDIA NVS 310).
Here is what I have tried.
Can anyone tell me what the issue could be?
A couple of weeks back, the on board HDMI which is connected to TV, was not sending across the audio. The same TV system was working with a laptop connected with the same cable. I had also noticed slight visual noise on the display.
Today I tried to troubleshoot. I reset my windows environment using backup (if any driver issue, this fixes it seamlessly, and quickly) and PC is as good as a newly installed windows.

- I have tried using DP cable. Also switched to onboard HDMI.
- Removed the Display port card itself and used on board HDMI.
- Disconnected power to all hard drives.
- Removed the BIOS battery and added it back.
- Removed RAM and added back, missing RAM memory beep was heard when it was removed.
- Switched monitors from monitor A to monitor B.
- The same monitors and cable combo works with a laptop.
