Display driver amdkmdap stopped and has successfully restored

Ok my specs first,,Its a Laptop
i7 5500U 2.4 ghz
8 gig ram
a intel graphic card built in
and AMD R9 M375 4 gig
ok,,i have read alot of threads here on the website,,
Cant relate any to me because i have a laptop
I used to play Rainbow six seige(Medium to high),bf4(low),gta 5(low),rocket league (at max)
Just when i was saving money to buy a gaming mouse and headset,,this issue popped up.
I was ingame Rainbow Six seige as normal,,just then my display driver crashed,and a forced restart.
After that ,,i cant do anything with my AMD gpu,,right now what i have it is,,disabled and i am using
the intel graphic to do normal stuff,,but noo gaming,,would be awesome if someonec could help me,
Complete reinstall of graphic driver with DDU uninstall,,havent used CC cleaner,,will do and check.
Help would be loved.

Go into safe mode, go to your devices and drivers, go to display adapters, right-click on your amd graphics card and hit uninstall, then restart your computer.

Just tried it..no luck
The error still pops up as soon as i start a game
