Question Display driver issue --- laptop won't connect to external monitor ?

Hi, so im using my Asus TUF FX505DT laptop with an external monitor using HDMI since the laptop screen cracked for a few months and wont turn on, but when i was about to update the graphics driver of my laptop on Geforce Experience for my nvidia gpu it says "uninstalling driver", so i restarted my laptop and now the external display won't work with my laptop.

This is my first thread i have posted and i hope ill find the solution to this problem

Will the laptop boot into Safe Mode using generic drivers?

My thought is that the update process was uninstalling the old drivers to install the update.

The restart interrupted that process and corrupted the original drivers.

Try Safe Mode.

Is there any way that i can do it blindly because my laptop's screen is broken and I can't use my external monitor due to the driver issue ?

When I turned the laptop on, after a few seconds I heard like a Windows error sound. I assume thats the external monitor trying to connect to my laptop but failed to do so.
