Display driver stopped and has recovered black screen

ok so i just installed a new cpu adn motherboard nad ever since i have been getting this issue that the display driver stopped responding but has recovered.

Specs:
Cpu:ryzen 3 1200
Gpu;R9 380 2 gb
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AB350M-DS3H micro atx board
ram: 8 gigs Patriot ddr4 2133 mhz
Hard drive: 1 Tb Hard drive

any help would be greatly appreciated its driving me crazy

When you swapped motherboards, did you do a clean Windows setup?

When you change motherboards, it's always a good idea to re-install Windows to prevent issues. Since you changed nothing else, it could be just a driver issue.
