Question display flickering issue

Hello guys, Recently I have upgraded my GPU to RX 570. but after a clean install of drivers, I am facing screen flickering issue, not all of the time. 5 min.. after after i am getting a single flickering. that's weird for me. not only while gaming, all the time same issue happens with me. I have used DDU for uninstalling my previous drivers, and right now using the latest correct AMD drivers as well. really don't have any idea about the problem. so guys please help me. how to fix the problem?

Motherboard: MSI b150m morter
Ram: 8gb DDR4
PSU: cooler master masterwatt Lite 600-Watt
UPS: APC 600w
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RX 570 OC 4GB


Normal temperature 40-43
During gameplay 55-58 ( 15 mins of gameplay )

@Demoxing, I have exactly the same GPU model, and since approx. 2 weeks im facing similar issue. Usually happens, when Im watching youtube, every few seconds, looks like one frame is corrupted (mostly as black, noticed also greenish with artifacts).
Tried latest Radeon driver, then rolled back to 19.4.3. Did you found any solution for this?

Yeah, my problem was solved! you do not believe but my 600 UPS causing the issue, no logic found but it's true, now I am using the direct connection without inverter or UPS. and last 2 days i haven't faced a single flickering.

It cant be PSU-related in my case... I tested this GPU under various loads and youtube (or other video service) playback takes like 10% of GPU power, with ~15 W consumption. In games, with 99-100% load, and 130-150 W consumption GPU is really stable and there is no flickering going on 😀
