Question Display goes black, after turning on PC only works after restart.

So, my computer is running fine and everythings working except when I turn on my computer, the monitor stays black. So I have too restart it twice too get the display working, but after that works fine... any idea what's causing this?

Not enough info... please post motherboard plus video hardware (onboard? graphics card? HDMI? Display Port?), minimum. Because it's almost-certainly a hardware/firmware problem, not software.

Having this same issue but my PC freezes if I benchmark (freezes on ram core test) or try and run a game. This may be two separate issues.

i7 4790k
Gtx 970 (DVI)
Samsung Evo SSD
Corsair vengeance 16gb ram
Gank drone Z87H3 - A3X V 1.0
Corsair 650m and Corsair 750m (tested both)
Fresh install of Win 10 - Drivers updated

Have tried clearing CMOS and different ram slots.
