Question Display(ICC) profile doesnt work

Hello i've got a pretty strange problem. I want to install icc profile to reduce too bright colors of my display but it doesnt work.
For example on youtube(skip first half of video) as soon as i click on YT tab you can see colors of icc profile that i desire, but as soon as i make any move(mouse\kb) icc profile dissapears and standart colors of my dispaly shows up(netflix logo becomes super red)

Now another example(skip again half of video) when i make video fullscreen icc profile disables and again standart display colors appear(and guy becomes green)

Things i've tried:

• I tried deleting every single icc profile to see what happens - only standart display colors appears everywhere as expected so i can assume icc profiles somehow stops working when i try to watch something in browser
• Other browser(edge) problem still appears, so its not chrome only fault
• My old display(dell u2412m)(problem was still here) so i can be sure its not a display problem
• Tried selecting other profiles, still same issue
• Disabling\enabling hardware acceleration in windows

My display - MSI MAG 274QRF QD E2 using display port
OS Windows 10

there is no auto-hdr for me(i have windows 10) not sure how to check other image improvment setting other than hdr in display settings. And i dont think hdr is the problem because my other monitor is pretty old and dont even support hdr
also there is no update\drivers for my monitor, they only provide display profile

Profiles do not affect games(tried right now couple of games and colors same no matter which profile i select), but it happens in browser's when i watch something for sure.
Checked right now to see if any display profile affect MPC-HC player - it does not affect at all(i guess because i have madVR render in player)
Did fresh instal for nvidia driver and it didnt help at all too(and since it resets all settings to default in nvidia control panel i dont think any setting in ncp could be a problem)
But after switching some profiles in colorcpl i can see no matter which profile i select, when i play media in browser it feels like it choosing sRGB profile(or something that looks same)
Tested also is some couple of apps - display profiles works fine in them, but in Telegram they dont work. So problem only affects browser mostly
p.s.- i guess it will be simplier and better to set sRgb profile and adapt to new bright colors instead of trying to stay with old colors i lived with for 10+years

try different browser chrome or firefox, without any extensions

gpu driver may override your icc profile while playing video
and some apps can override it aswell
icc is just for desktop (mainly), it being deprecated in win11 btw (altough still supported for compatibility reasons)
check in nvidia control panel color settings for videos as those color settings will apply when gpu detects video being played
