Display is black, Please help!

I built a computer 1-2 months ago and everything was fine until a few days ago. When I turn on my computer, the fans turns on and my keyboard (not my mouse) and display doesn't. I have to turn it on and off 5 times before it turns on. Programs and websites crash 3-5 times a day and it states "Not enough memory to open page". I switched the HDD. Graphics card, and cords. I tested the memory, cpu, and gpu to see if I can find out what is wrong. Everything seemed fine and didn't look to be a memory problem. I couldn't find what exactly could be a possible cause, but think it might be the PSU or motherboard. Can someone help?

check in the bios the three power rails make sure the 12v rail is at 12v. use hardware info to check voltage and temps. try a test power supply.

The three power rails are 12.192V 5.04V 3.392V, the temps of everything seemed fine and I don't have another power supply that has enough watts to use.

if your mb has onboard video pull the gpu. see if with less load the pc comes on all the time.

It doesn't have onboard video, is there any other way I can test it? Also, does the voltages seem fine?

I built a computer about 2 months ago and everything was running fine until today. When I turned it on, it just showed a black screen and my mouse was off. I turned it off and on 3 times and it finally booted up. I thought it was the HDD but i switched it and the problem continued. I checked the temps and they seemed fine. I unplugged the cord from the monitor from the graphics card and the power button turned green and it starting to display "no signal", I plugged it back in and it went back to a orange/yellow power button. I couldn't test more on the gpu, so don't know for sure if that is the problem. I need help.

if you have to turn the power supply on or off it may be the supply or the mb. as there was no power i would start with a test power supply or rma your old one. what is the model of the unit and it wattage.

550 watts, I am using a gtx 1050 ti, ryzen 3, and 8gb of ddr4 ram
