Question Display issue gpu

When I am playing video games on my computer. The mouse cursor goes out of the window even though I am on full screen mode. I’m using an AMDRX 6600 with the newest adrenaline version but do not understand why this is happening. My resolution of my mind is 1440 P but I am using 1760 but 990 in game

Make and model of your monitor? Use DDU to remove all GPu drivers(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, then manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Speaking of game, what game are we looking at here?

the problem in the settings after I thought my PC changed my 1600x900 to something like 1700x900. Turns out Windows added a second monitor for some bizarre reason even though I only have one monitor. Go to Settings>Display>Multiple displays and either select Show only monitor 1 or 2.
