Display issue - please help

Good day, I have a msi gaming laptop. I installed windows 10 a few months ago and since then been having small issues with my laptop. Now my problem is worse. I try turning it on the turbo sign goes on and i see the bios setup options screen and then the windows loading screen and when the log in screen should appear it shows black the turbo light goes off and screen goes off then turbo light goes on and the screen goes on and stays black. Earlier it did show me the windows recovery screen and not again. Please i need the data on my laptop urgently. I am not a pro with computers.

Thank you laptop power supply is perfect. It seems like a windows issue we are going to try get all the data and format the laptop. Thank you for the quick response we have tried your options.
