[SOLVED] Display Issue

Hey people! So I finally got my pc moved to my home from my parent’s house, and I’m encountering a display issue. There’s vertical pixel problems on my display, even When I change my resolution. But when I change my resolution the pixel discoloration are in different places. I know 100% this is not a monitor issue because I’ve tested using a different one, and it’s the same problem. Any help? It won’t let me post any pictures for some reason so if you’d like pictures of what it looks like:

I would start by changing video cable first. Another possibility is that GPU got dislodged so you can try to reseat it.
