Display Keeps Dimming From 10-15 Seconds of Inactivity (Windows 10)

So I've been having a very dumb problem that's started happening to me 2 weeks ago. I'm using an Alienware 15 R3 Laptop and my display keeps dimming if I'm not actively using it. Specifically it dims the display after 10-15 seconds. But it seems the display or webcam can sense movement because as soon as I move by body or wave my hand the display wakes back up again. This means I can wake it back up without touching it. But its so incredibly annoying to have to do this every 15 seconds because the computer will not stop dimming if I'm not actively using it.

I can't change power plan (its set to balance with no other options) and I've set the Display to never turn off or sleep though it obviously hasn't listened. Also my computer is plugged in at all the times the display keeps dimming. Anyone have any solutions?

Look in Task Manager to see if there is some third party app running that could be the source of the problem.

Also look in "WIN" + "I" > Ease of Access. I am not aware of any properly performing options that would cause that behavior.

No harm in at least taking a look...
