Question Display loses signal when restarting

Hey!
So i have two problems actually, the first one is that i recently got a new mb and every time im restarting my computer the computer is working but the monitor loses signal and goes to sleep mode, and the second problem is that my gpu doesnt give a signal, tried different monitors and different hdmi cables, still no singal, so im currently using my pc with the cpus integrated grsphics.

Does your gpu have the power connectors connected? What is the make and model of your psu. Whats the problem with the monitor going to sleep? My monitor goes to sleep when i restart but will wake up when the pc powers back on.

When i restart the computer keeps working but the monitor says that no signal entering power saving mode shortly, and it stays that way and i have to turn off and start the computer again.
